Besides Lissa's book What's Your Dosha Baby?, she has a questionnaire on her site so that you can determine your dosha, as well as some interesting interpretations of what that all means. Lissa is a wonderful resource and has a spiritual perspective that adds an interesting dimension to understanding transitions, losses and relationships.

What an inspiring story. Hard to imagine splitting up a brother and sister the way her parents split Lissa and her brother. How traumatic.
On another note, I've found information on Dosha's confusing and couldn't quite figure mine out--I'm excited to hear about Lissa's book, What's Your Dosha, Baby? That sounds like my speed.
